Our seafood is placed in foam containers with cold
gel-pacs, sealed and then placed in a heavy-duty corrugated shipping
carton. This will hold the temperatures up to 48 hours and assure
fresh quality seafood deliveries. Weather can delay shipping.

Orders received by 3:00pm
can be shipped the same day.
Weather can interrupt shipping!
There are no deliveries on Sundays and Mondays - all orders
taken just prior to these dates will be shipped on Monday for
Tuesday delivery.

You may pre-order up
to 3 months, however, availability cannot always be
guaranteed. If this situation arises, we will call and
attempt to reconcile your order with you. Most of our
products are caught locally by Keys commercial fishermen
- bad weather can hold up deliveries of fresh fish and
cause low inventories.

frozen and generally not subject to low inventories.
